We were delighted to be joined with a group of student teachers from Stranmillis University College. The students came to Cranmore to see at first hand how we provide pupils with activities which celebrate diversity, challenge stereotypes and give pupils the opportunity to develop key life skills such as problem solving.
During the morning the students were able to see the on-going work between Cranmore IPS, Oakwood IPS and Malone College. They had an opportunity to talk to the children about how they are working together on creating shared artwork to be displayed in each school.
Other classes were able to demonstrate our strong child centred approach to learning in Cranmore with demonstrations of Circle Time, Paths Plus and a presentation on the pupils work with Peace Players.
